Sierra Maintenance first started providing services to our Reno community in 1988. We are delighted to announce that after 35+ years, Kevin is retiring! You will continue to see the same friendly crew members and receive the same quality service and products. Sierra Maintenance Inc. powered by Affordable Striping & Sealing LLC, owner Shonda Decker. Shonda has 25 years experience in the asphalt industry and is looking forward to getting to know each of you. Just like Kevin, Shonda operates a family business. Her daughter, Dalyn Htet (UNR Graduate – go Wolf Pack), is involved in every aspect of the business – estimating, accounting, scheduling, operations. Shonda is also hoping her younger daughters, Hayden (age 14) and Kaysen (age 13), follow in her footsteps into the asphalt industry.

While our business has expanded over the years, we still maintain a tight knit network of technicians that take pride in communicating with our customers and applying their knowledge to each project they complete.
